The next release of 37 hectares of strategically located land at Orion Industrial Park in Western Australia has been fast-tracked in response to strong demand from industry owners and occupiers.
Stage 2 at Orion Industrial Park, located within the Western Trade Coast, provides a range of lot sizes from 3,000sqm to 5.5 hectares, with buyers offered the opportunity to amalgamate sites to create larger lots.
The new release follows the success of the 28 hectare stage 1 at the estate, which saw lots of between 8,000sqm and 15,000sqm in high demand from a range of manufacturing and processing industries.
Orion Industrial Park is part of the Latitude 32 Industrial Zone and is located next to the world-class Australian Marine Complex (AMC). It has been specifically designed to cater for heavy-vehicle movement, with generously proportioned roads, wide street parking, flow-through layouts and easy access to surrounding road networks.
Orion will be connected to key transport routes and provide access to the AMC, Kwinana Industrial Area, Rockingham Industry Zone and the Kwinana bulk terminal and the planned container port in Cockburn Sound.
On completion, Orion Industrial Park is expected to attract approximately 50 additional businesses to the industrial corridor stretching south of Fremantle.
