The Role
The role of the Fencing Industry Skills Pathway Initiative Advisory Committee is to provide advice to the Australian Fencing Industry on the development of skills and competencies for the industry.
The Committee provides advice on the current and future needs of the industry, as well as the best ways to develop and maintain the necessary skills for safe and effective fencing design, installation and maintenance.
The Committee also provides advice on the development of industry standards, safety regulations and best practices.
The Committee’s recommendations help inform policy and decision-making about skills & training for the fencing industry in Australia.
The Advisory Committee members all generously volunteer their time to ensure the success of the Initiative.
