Discounted ticket price of $429 (plus GST) applies to all Awards Finalists, their partners, and team members. Normal price is $529 (plus GST). Pricing includes Morning Tea, Lunch and 3 course Dinner. Accommodation is not included in this price.

Ticket pricing does not include accommodation. The refund policy for the 2026 Australian Fencing Conference tickets allows for partial refunds if requested 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the conference.
