The refund policy for the 2025 Australian Fencing Conference Trade Show space allows for partial refunds if requested at least 60 days prior to the event. Within 60 days, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the conference.
