Taskforce
The role of the Gates & Automation Taskforce is to provide advice to the Australian Gate Industry on the development of skills, competencies and standards for the industry.
The Taskforce provides advice on the current and future needs of the industry, as well as the best ways to develop and maintain the necessary skills for safe and effective gate design, installation and maintenance.
The Taskforce also provides advice on developing industry standards, safety regulations and Codes of Practice.
The Taskforce’s recommendations help inform policy and decision-making about skills & training for the gate industry in Australia.
The Taskforce members all generously volunteer their time to ensure the success of the initiative.
