David Calabria joined D&D Technologies in the early 1990s after working in financial markets and chose to remain with the business after the sudden passing of his business partner shortly after they began working together.
Since 1991, he has been a key driver of D&D’s international expansion, including taking products such as MagnaLatch into European markets and supporting further growth opportunities in the United States.
Beyond commercial outcomes, he has actively advocated for drowning prevention, including work in the US to help unify smaller advocacy groups under the National Drowning Prevention Alliance and promote practical risk-mitigation strategies.
