Select Fencing proudly delivered a premium residential fencing solution for this architecturally designed luxury duplex in Merrylands, NSW. Commissioned by a returning client, the project called for both functionality and aesthetic excellence.
The team installed nearly 100 metres of ModularWalls TrendWall, with fence heights ranging from 0.9 to 2.2 metres. The design included integrated retaining elements to accommodate site levels and landscaping requirements.
To achieve a refined finish, the walls were treated with Dulux Acratex texture paint to replicate the appearance of rendered masonry. A final coat of Dulux Weathershield in Natural White completed the look, providing durability and a clean, modern appearance. The client further enhanced the outcome by adding integrated feature lighting to highlight the outdoor spaces.
