Key Features of the Project
For the Sovereign Shores luxury villa development at Paradise Point, INSULAR FRAMELESS GLASS supplied and installed all glass balustrades across seven waterfront villas, covering internal staircases, internal voids and external balconies to meet compliance requirements while delivering a consistent architectural finish. The scope required repeatable accuracy across multiple dwellings, with uniform set-out, alignment and hardware positioning maintained throughout. Key deliverables included clear, heat-soaked, toughened glass, mirror-finished stainless-steel hardware, and custom handrails, all constructed and welded on site to suit the as-built conditions.
