Celeste van Weije named a Leading Industry Woman at the 2025 Australian Fencing Awards

At FencrGatr, Celeste van Weije co-founded the business and leads Strategy and Growth, bringing senior leadership, project management and process design experience into the fencing and trades sector since 2023. She has driven a systemised, process-led operating model across customer service, scheduling, administration and marketing, including the practical use of automation and AI tools to modernise how a trade business runs. Celeste is also building industry presence through partnerships and association involvement and has developed a trademarked brand and offer intellectual property. Through visible leadership in a traditionally male-dominated field, she is helping reshape perceptions of who leads and succeeds in the fencing and gate automation industry.
