Through Nelsons CNC, Charlie Nelson introduced a CNC machined, press-fit aluminium end cap solution to replace common plastic and cast end caps used in aluminium fencing.
Developed after establishing an aluminium slotting business, the interference-fit cap is designed to be tapped into place with a rubber mallet, avoiding welding and adhesives and delivering a consistent, high quality finish.
The end caps can be powder-coated before or after installation, improving flexibility for fabricators and installers. The product has since been adopted broadly across Australia, with ongoing export growth into international markets.
