Based in Dandenong, Victoria, the company is an Australian architectural glass manufacturer specialising in float glass, coated glass and laminated glass. It has distribution centres across Australia.
Grant Thornton partners were appointed administrators to assess the company’s financial position and explore restructuring or sale options.
The business supplies glass for construction and infrastructure projects nationwide and continues to trade while the process unfolds.
