Craft In Wood’s Double Bay project features a 5.5-metre-wide sliding gate designed to appear as two symmetrical double-swing gates, while operating as a single continuous sliding structure.
Precision design and joinery ensured perfect symmetry without compromising function.
Constructed from dense, H3-treated design pine timber using traditional joinery, the gate weighs around 150 kilograms.
Delivery and installation required flatbed transport and careful manoeuvring into the tight residential site. Matching pedestrian and fixed panels complete the seamless frontage.
