MAYNE YARD HIGH-SECURITY PERIMETER UPGRADE
For Queensland Rail’s Mayne Yard (Cross River Rail works), FENCEPAC COMMERCIAL delivered an endto-end high-security fencing and gates package including design, shop detailing, fabrication, supply and construction within a live rail operating precinct. The scope incorporated 1,888 lineal metres of perimeter treatment combining Type 358 high-security mesh systems, galvanised chainwire and custom in-house manufactured pre-stressed concrete panels, with razor wire and engineered brackets to increase anti-climb and intrusion deterrence. Vehicle access was managed through motorised industrial gate systems, supported by integrated custom pedestrian and vehicle gates, with heavyduty structural frames and reinforced concrete footings to achieve stability and operational durability in line with rail precinct requirements.
