NIRIMBA URBAN VILLAGE PROJECT
This project by FORD BROTHERS FENCING delivered a high-volume frontage fencing package for terrace housing, comprising 70 custom gates and 305 lineal metres of entry panels, including 33 lineal metres of curved panels, across 70 residences. Approximately 11,000 composite battens (42 x 19mm) were installed at 35mm centres, using approximately 33,000 stainless steel screws, with straight and curved panels ranging from 1800mm to 1200mm in height. Mid-project gate configuration changes from swing-in to swing-out required customised batten detailing to maintain consistent alignment and presentation across the streetscape. Delivery was coordinated with three builders as part of the landscaping package for Eureka Landscaping.
