Showbags for the Australian FENCING Conference are usually available in the Trade Show area. Attendees collect their showbag and add items from exhibitor stands as they move through the Expo.
Showbag inserts are only available to Fencing Industry Australia partners and exhibitors.
Objective
Items offered for showbags must be lightweight, pack-friendly, and genuinely useful for fencing and gate contractors. Many delegates are travelling by air and cannot carry bulky or heavy materials.
What you may offer at your stand
Choose from the following:
- Useful giveaway items (always the most popular with the attendees)
- Single-page flyer only (maximum 1 page, A4 or smaller)
- Small card (A5/A6/DL)
If you need to provide detailed information, use a QR code that links to a mobile-friendly webpage or a downloadable PDF.
Not permitted:
- Catalogues, magazines, product books, or any multipage brochures
- Heavy or bulky items, rigid packaging, large boxes
- Food, liquids, or anything likely to leak or create a mess
- Sharp, hazardous, or travel-restricted items
Quality standard:
Only offer items that are likely to be kept and used. Avoid low-value promotional clutter.
Compliance:
Fencing Industry Australia reserve the right to request removal of items that do not meet these guidelines or create issues for attendee travel and transport.
