Select Fencing has been awarded the Innovation & Excellence in Urban Residential Fencing Award for delivering a standout perimeter fencing project completed in 2024 at a significant townhouse development in Western Sydney.
Select Fencing delivered over 160 lineal metres of premium fencing for a newly built townhouse development in Moorebank, NSW. The project involved supplying and installing ModularWalls’ EstateWall system, chosen for its robust structure and the ability to emulate the appearance of rendered masonry.
The EstateWall panels were completed with Dulux Acratex texture paint to achieve a high-end architectural finish, followed by Taubmans All Weather topcoat. This combination created the visual appeal of a rendered wall while maintaining the lightweight and efficient benefits of ModularWalls.
The fencing solution seamlessly framed the development, adding uniformity, privacy, and a polished street presence.
This project was selected for the Urban Residential category due to its technical precision, consistent finish quality, and successful integration of structure, function, and streetscape design in a complex, high-density urban environment.
