Signature Design and Fabrication delivered a decorative screen and building façade that also served as a balustrade for this Brisbane renovation.
The design featured a mix of curved and straight 65×16 slats/blades welded to 25×50 RHS with aluminium caps, achieving a blade-like appearance with 40mm gaps.
Aluminium balustrading was also integrated into the stairs, rear deck, and carport areas, complementing a 100×50 top rail for the lean-to section.
The project adhered to council regulations, preserving the traditional look of the property by complementing the original windows. It balanced modern design with compliance, creating a cohesive and elegant finish across the façade and veranda.
